WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching provides a non-judgmental, open, collaborative and confidential space - focused on your own thoughts, challenges, outcomes and goals. It enables a journey of self-exploration which can provide greater self-awareness, and examine and transform many areas of your life.

WHERE IS YOUR COACHING HELD?

Sessions are every two weeks, lasting 50 minutes, conducted over video call.

CAN I BOOK A SESSION?

The first step is to book a chemistry session. This session is free, and is where we can discuss what you would like to achieve from the coaching and I can let you know how I work. And essentially we can find out if we're a good match.
